Urban Purveyor Group and the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) are proud to announce the launch of a new partnership which will see hospitality students trained at some of Australia’s leading restaurants.

In addition, Urban Purveyor Group will also unite with Cornell University in New York where international master students will have an opportunity to draw experience from the highly-competitive Australian restaurant scene.

Urban Purveyor Group will also aim to provide employment and sponsorship opportunities for these students wanting to return to Australia after completing their studies.
